Shipping and Handling

Fees and charges for shipping of items over $120 AUD is currently free to all customers within Australia and New Zealand. For orders under $120 we charge a flat rate of $12 AUD.

International rates are $25 AUD .Please be aware that Offshore Beachwear isn’t liable for any additional import taxes your local country may charge upon arrival (EG. VAT)

Delivery Times

Offshore Beachwear ships orders from Melbourne, Australia and delivers nationwide. Orders are usually delivered between 2-5 business days to metropolitan and city areas. For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery. Please note order times can vary due to courier delays that our out of our control.

International deliveries vary on location and local customs on country of destination but are usually between 5-20 days.

Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns
Our policy is in place for 30 days from date of purchase and applies to online orders only – please consult your closest boutique for our returns policy on items purchased in-store.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels & product swing tags attached. Gift cards are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the return arrives to us and is confirmed with receipt of delivery, for this reason we recommend opting for a "signature of delivery" method of sending alongside a tracking number. If it cannot be confirmed that we have received the return item, then the return will not be processed.

If approved, then your refund will be processed via our payment processor, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on your bank this can take up to 7 days for it to show on your statement.

To return your product, please contact us on the contact form HERE

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
